"Easy to Use, Responsive Updates, and Great Support from HelloFund"

What do you like best about HelloFund?

What I like most is how easy HelloFund is to use for just about everything we needed. Our whole team picked it up quickly, and we didn’t have to spend much time trying to figure things out before our event. It also feels like the people behind it genuinely listen, because they made changes based on our feedback, and those updates helped our event run even more smoothly. What do you dislike about HelloFund?

Honestly, the only real downside was that switching to any new system means learning something new, and that takes some time during an already busy event season. That’s more about making a change than about HelloFund itself. Whenever we had questions, we got the help and support we needed, so the transition went much more smoothly than I expected.

One thing that I would love to see as an improvement is a visual for table assignments. It was easy to assign tables, but I definitely needed to do a separate diagram to assign guests to tables before inputting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HelloFund solving and how is that benefiting you?

HelloFund made our check-in process so much smoother. Guests got through quickly, which set a great tone for the night. I also loved that linked guests, like couples, could share a bidder number, so there was less confusion at the auction and less work for our team to track.
