I found the functionality of HelloFund to be incredibly helpful. The mobile bidding and bidder numbers were new for us this year, and they kept things streamlined, allowing us to avoid chasing unpaid invoices. I think something that would be worth looking into is having a QR code attached to each silent auction item, some people were confused on how to follow their bids - we had all the items at the event for people to preview and look at.
