It's fax it does what you need it to and not much more. **What problems is HelloFax solving and how is that benefiting you?** HelloFax solved the problem of having a VOIP line and not wanting to have a whole fax machine but still needing to send the periodic fax. ### 2. Yes, please. We don't have this functionality built into our phone system, so having it here and easy to use it great. **What do you dislike about HelloFax?** I wish it was integrated into my EMR, but I think this is possible with some dev work. **What problems is HelloFax solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fax is somehow outdated but also necessary, this is meeting the need and filling the gaps. ### 3. This is a good way to digitize some of that paper and still communicate as needed. ### 4. The plans are priced relatively low compared to other faxing services I've looked at or tried. The overall service quality is excellent. Faxes are sent and received very quickly. The account dashboard is designed with basic graphic elements and simple buttons and links to navigate to different features. I like being able to access my old faxes and pull up contact information within the HelloFax account. Also, we don't have to hear the squeaky sound of a fax machine. **What do you dislike about HelloFax?** There isn't a whole lot other than sending receiving faxes that we can do with HelloFax. Other faxing platforms offer enhanced solutions for teams, but HelloFax mainly focuses on its core faxing service compared to some other online faxing services. **What problems is HelloFax solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can upload documents straight from my computer and have them faxed to any phone number within minutes. I get email notifications when a fax has been sent, or one has been received to my account. I have access to all my previously sent faxes, so I can stay organized and keep track of the faxes that I worked on and processed. We can use HelloFax for a low price that is comparable or less in cost than standard faxing services with a fax machine or internet-based faxing. ### 5. HelloFax focuses on faxing rather than all sorts of auxiliary business services like some other online communications software. The fees are reasonable and flexible. I don't feel stuck in some plan that can lose value over time. The support people can be reached easily to help us work through problems that might present themselves. **What do you dislike about HelloFax?** I dislike having to think of something to dislike since I like HelloFax a lot. I think one downside of using an online faxing service like this, compared to a regular fax machine, is the security risks of someone accessing your account and being able to view and alter things in it. **What problems is HelloFax solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can make life easier when it comes to faxing. All of my faxes are organized with timestamps and other sending and receiving data. I can maintain a list of contacts to access for future faxes. When I didn't have this service, I'd have to look for fax machines or pay more for pay-as-you-go faxing services. I use HelloFax to send and receive contracts and other business documents. ### 6. I like that we can get notifications and access our faxes through our HelloFax online account at any time from anywhere. HelloFax is great for accounting and keeping track of the faxes that come in and out of our account. **What do you dislike about HelloFax?** HelloFax has been great. I can't really think of anything negative about it so far. When compared to other online faxing services though, it probably doesn't have the most features for online faxing platforms. **What problems is HelloFax solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've used HelloFax for quite a while now to send and receive faxes through the internet instead of a phone line. It saves me a boatload of time from having to use a fax machine and also reduces the cost of faxing. I can perform faxing duties completely online and have dependable accountability for all the fax transmissions. ### 7. As we live in an increasingly paperless age, we must communicate using fast, efficient, electronic methods. Hellofax accomplishes this on every front. **What do you dislike about HelloFax?** If it doesn't already, Hellofax should have an option to add a contacts list for frequently used numbers. It does remember them and makes suggestions using the numbers only, but it would be far more convenient to have a contacts list. **What problems is HelloFax solving and how is that benefiting you?** The obvious solution is that it allows us to send a high amount of faxes simultaneously. The amount of time we save is incredible. The confirmations are also sent right away. ### 8. I had to do this for student loans when I was living abroad, do Hello Fax was a savior. **What do you dislike about HelloFax?** I was worried that the transmission wouldn't go through, even though it almost always did. In one case (IIRC) the fax just wouldn't go through, but I don't think this is any different than using a regular fax machine. **Recommendations to others considering HelloFax:** Just try it. I think you'll find that it lives up to the hype: simple, efficient and reliable. **What problems is HelloFax solving and how is that benefiting you?** Simple. I don't have to pay a fee to fax something at a local office supply store, and I don't need to buy a fax machine. I send everything online and have digital records I can save to my laptop. ### 10. I've already submitted faxes electronically using a variety of device and a browser, however HelloFax makes it much easier to sign in and get all the resources ready for me in simplified form. HelloFax gave me all the general information when I agreed to sign up to continue and simply fax in a moment. **What do you dislike about HelloFax?** I guess the only important qualification to use HelloFax is to have a connection to the internet. And submitting a fax would be a concern if there are situations when I don't get a connection to the internet. The e-mail message to fax function is not as straightforward as the use of fax tools on your site. **Recommendations to others considering HelloFax:** I personally believe that HelloFax is a positive tool and may make faxing far increasingly less difficult to access because everything on a single account is descriptive and online. **What problems is HelloFax solving and how is that benefiting you?** HelloFax has made it easier for me to photocopy and not to choose a fax device frequently. I reckon that profitability is quite good although it can sometimes be a little expensive than most other faxing techniques. I could go to business locations though, to fax a lot of times, so the costs are definitely more then what HelloFax would pay me.
