What do you like best about Hello Retail?

The most important feature of Hello Retail is their staff. They've been extremely helpful, dilligent, personable, and last but not least competent. Without my Key Account Manager we would not be able to use this properly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hello Retail?

I don't have anything that I can subtract from the experience. The tech is good, the people are good. I don't have anything at present that I'm not happy with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hello Retail solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have some 90,000 products. It is virtually impossible for us to merchandise manually. Hello Retail creates recommendations for us parametrically that we would never be able to do manually. They also provide us with an excellent search feature. Through the use of Hello Retail we've been able to lift our conversion rate *significantly*. We're extremely happy with it.
