What do you like best about Hello Retail?

What problems is Hello Retail solving and how is that benefiting you?

The original search engine in our shopsystem does not allow you to misspell or receive any results if there isn't a 100% match between the search term and a product/category etc. This is solved by the Hello Retail search function. Also the recommendations increase the basket size and help us showing the customer products, they are more likely to purchase! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
