What do you like best about Heidi?

What I like most about Heidi is how much time it saves me during and after consultations. It allows me to focus more fully on the patient rather than constantly taking notes. The clinical documentation is well structured, detailed and easy to review and edit, which significantly reduces my administrative workload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Heidi?

Occasionally the generated notes can be overly detailed or include information that is not clinically relevant, so they still require review and editing. I would also like greater consistency in how information is prioritised and summarised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Heidi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Heidi significantly reduces the administrative burden of clinical documentation. It allows me to focus on the patient during consultations rather than typing notes, while producing structured documentation afterwards.
