Easy to use, with a web-browser interface that’s OS-agnostic. The customisable templates are very useful for “power” users, and the specialty-specific default templates are a nice touch. The settings let you choose between detailed and more superficial letters, depending on what you need. Manual edits can also be done by dictation. Paid plans are fast enough for realtime letter creation between consults. Integrations useful, but not critical for my workflow. Excellent value vs traditional typists (in Asutralia). AI is effective. Support is reasonable, but rarely required, and individual level onboarding is possible for larger organisations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’ve had occasional technology failures: sometimes transcription doesn’t start correctly, and at other times I’m unable to “paste” into the context. That means I need workarounds, or I have to revert to traditional dictation and lose the ambient scribe benefit. Thankfully, these issues are infrequent and generally not a problem when using it in a browser, although the Android app has been less reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
