What do you like best about HeartCount?

HeartCount provides a clear and structured way to capture employee feedback and turn it into actionable insights. The platform stands out for its ability to highlight trends early and support timely decision-making.

The reporting is intuitive, and the option to create custom reports reduces manual analysis and brings consistency to how data is interpreted. It helps shift feedback from a one-time activity to a continuous process.

There is still value to unlock as more data is collected over time, but even at this stage, the platform already provides useful direction on where to focus. What do you dislike about HeartCount?

HeartCount already provides great insights, and it could be even stronger with additional analytics and deeper data exploration options, especially for custom analysis. More flexibility when building and segmenting reports would help deliver even more tailored insights.

I’d also love to see a broader range of question types for custom surveys, so feedback can be more nuanced. More automation around generating insights, along with more visually engaging graphics, could improve usability and make results easier and faster to interpret. What problems is HeartCount solving and how is that benefiting you?

We started cooperating with HeartCount around three months ago, so we are still in the early phase of using the platform. Even in this short period, it is already helping us structure employee feedback in a more consistent and data-driven way, making it easier to identify trends and areas that need attention.
