I appreciate the ease of use with Heartbeat, as it makes it easy for my members to use. I like the layout and the fact that it's always evolving. Additionally, when I flagged an issue with a discount code not showing, they fixed it almost immediately. Also, the initial setup was easy when my VA handled it.
