What do you like best about Heap by Contentsquare?

I love the new dashboard and the addition of graphs to make better sense of the data. When drilling down, you can see exactly why things are the way they are and communicate that with your team very easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Heap by Contentsquare?

I'd really love for a mobile app for iOS to be available for people on the go. It's very hard to use Heap on a mobile device and it greatly impacts our effectiveness as a startup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Heap by Contentsquare solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Heap we didnt know what users were doing. We had Google Analytics and that didn't help. With Heap we got to solve many user related problems from purely using the data collected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
