What do you like best about HealthStream ComplyQ / SafetyQ?

What I like best about HealthStream ComplyQ/SafetyQ is the breadth of healthcare-specific topics available, which covers most of our compliance and safety training needs. The pre-assessment functionality is especially helpful because it allows knowledgeable staff to demonstrate competency and save time. I also like the SmartNotes feature, which gives us the flexibility to add facility- or organization-specific information when there are local requirements or processes that are not covered in the standard content. What do you dislike about HealthStream ComplyQ / SafetyQ?

One downside is that there can be a large amount of content to review and configure when determining what should be assigned to different employee populations. HealthStream is making this easier with tools such as Regulatory Wizard, which helps streamline the assignment process. When content or configuration issues do occur, they generally require contacting HealthStream Support, but in my experience the support team has been responsive and quick to help resolve them. What problems is HealthStream ComplyQ / SafetyQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

HealthStream ComplyQ/SafetyQ has reduced the amount of time and effort we spend internally developing, maintaining, and updating regulatory and safety content. Instead of having to manage all of that content ourselves, we can rely on HealthStream to keep the material current. The pre-assessment functionality has also created significant staff time savings by allowing employees who already know the material to demonstrate competency without completing unnecessary training.
