What do you like best about HealthStream Checklist?

I like that it’s very informative; it’s a good refresh for the mind. I also appreciate that it stays up to date with useful topics. The AI summaries are really in-depth, and I believe the support between the slides and the information is a helpful tool. I like that there's reminders to complete streams , as well as my worked being saved in real time so my boss is able to see the work I've completed. What do you dislike about HealthStream Checklist?

There have been times when I’ve had to retake a course because my work wasn’t saved. Overall, it’s a good program; I think it’s one of the best out there and is generally reliable and helpful for our staff. That said, there are so many courses that it can get a little confusing. A better organizational setup would help, especially if it clearly showed which courses have been completed and separated them from the courses currently being worked on. Also, the connection sometimes glitches, which can cause issues and restart certain topics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HealthStream Checklist solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s beneficial to me because it’s a good refresher on things I haven’t touched on recently. I think it’s straightforward, with clear answers, and it’s also a good brain teaser when I’m working through the questions.
