What do you like best about Health-e Workforce Solutions?

Health E-Workforce is an easy to use application when seeing the larger picture of required vacancies and allocation requirements on a shift by shift basis. Setting up access for staff to support a variety of functionality is easy to do from casual availabilities, staffing requests on the wards and super-user access for NWU. The reporting data is crucial and in-depth in providing detail regarding supplementary staffing, spend, amounts and is easily filtered across our organisation. What do you dislike about Health-e Workforce Solutions?

Health E-Workforce has multiple system downtimes which impacts our work capabilities and requires re-booting from the server.

Staff who request access are required to email/phone call notify NWU to activate their profile, there is no in-built system prompt for this and can delay accessibility for staff to all areas of HWS.

We are unable to predict the future state of FTE/performance data within the HWS system which requires additional systems to be utilised to support future FTE/performance support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Health-e Workforce Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

Health E-Workforce allows us to effectively and safely allocate supplementary nursing staff across our organisation on a shift-to-shift basis, in turn supporting the provision of safe care to our patients.
