The implementation took 4 weeks and was fast, bulk imports/updates were completed quickly and saved a ton of time, and the Ashby integration makes opening approved roles seamless. The biggest value has been the visibility into req health, recruiter capacity, predictive hiring dates, and end to end req tracking.
