Flexibility! We started off on the hunt for an e-commerce platform that could fulfill our needs, both B2C and B2B. And HDL definitely has. On the B2C side, we have a site with great performance, global delivery, and global payments that truly reflect our brand. Concerning B2B, we had a lot of special requests concerning decoration possibilities (embroidery/transfer), full ERP integration for invoices, orders, shipments, pricing in multiple currencies, special pricing on items for specific customers, etc. HDL has been able to fulfill all of our needs here and more.
