Simplified automation process setup, UI is easy to learn, seems very stable. The tool does a great job or rather the UI and feature functionality allows you to always know the status of jobs, easily jump in and manage them, and is very good at making sure you know where your workloads are in an observability style method. I personally don't have a negative comment, but that is because I'm not in the tool on a daily basis probably. I have heard murmors during meetings about slow performence due to what is perceived to be long running or larger scaled jobs.
