What do you like best about HCL Commerce?

I have used HCL Commerce cloud products and the way we can navitage from one feature to another helps a techie like me to fulfll the purpose of using the products.

Secondly, the dragging and dynamic layout are the most demanding features in tech industry now-a-days and HCL Commerce products takes care of that very well.

Expecting HCL will update in prodcuts using kaizen approach and will keep it in the list of best cloud products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HCL Commerce?

I personally think initial setup for a newbie is little bit difficult and it takes time. HCL should modify the product setup process in a way that a beginner user can work on it with required confidence and performance.But at the same time, I want to appreciate how HCL team helps in resolving the issue with customer support.
