What do you like best about HCL Clara?

Without having to learn any unique commands, HCL Clara schedules its reconciliation process automatically. You only need to have a conversation with HCL Clara, and it will handle the rest. It is integrated with many other software applications. For instance, when I schedule a meeting with my clients, I just have to add it to CC, and it will handle everything from scheduling to sending the meeting notification. As a hedge fund, we implemented HCL Clara quickly and easily by connecting it to our trading platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HCL Clara?

We have experienced that it sometimes slows down while responding to complex tasks. Additionally, it is not always up-to-date, which should be improved as these drawbacks currently limit its frequency of use. Also, the customer support is not as responsive as promised by the company. They are not knowledgeable enough about the product, and the support documentation is not always clear and concise. What problems is HCL Clara solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me, it automates many manual tasks like interview scheduling, meeting scheduling, real-time monitoring, compliance reporting, etc. It improves our accuracy in work by providing guidance and recommendations.
