I really like how fast HCL BigFix responds and how quick the whole process is. It's straightforward to use; I just enter the problem, ask for assistance, and it automatically helps me fix everything. This saves me a lot of time and makes handling any issues very easy. The setup was also very easy for me, which adds to its appeal. Overall, everything is great with HCL BigFix, and I enjoy it a lot.
