What do you dislike about HCL BigFix?

While highly powerful, HCL BigFix has a steep learning curve, particularly when it comes to mastering its proprietary Relevance language for custom scripting. The administrative interface can also feel a bit dated and less intuitive compared to more modern, cloud-native endpoint management solutions. HCL BigFix solves the problem of fragmented endpoint management by providing a single pane of glass for patching and securing diverse operating systems across our entire network. It eliminates the manual effort of tracking unpatched vulnerabilities and ensures continuous compliance regardless of where the devices are located. The biggest benefit to our organization is a massive reduction in our security risk profile, alongside significant time savings for our IT staff who no longer have to juggle multiple disparate tools for patching, software deployment, and compliance audits.
