I was relieved when Pro helped customers order directly through text as it made such a load lighter. Ordering by phone is a nightmare especially when many people are booking. I have big menu with combos and modifiers and it is not possibility for HazlVoice to work with it. The coupling of the menu isn’t always perfect.
