What do you like best about Hawky.ai?

The biggest thing I like about Hawky is that it goes beyond showing campaign-level metrics and helps us understand the creative itself. It breaks down creatives into different elements such as hooks, messaging, CTAs, visuals, and formats, which makes it much easier to understand why something is performing well instead of just looking at CTR or ROAS. The creative generation feature has also been particularly useful. Instead of starting from a blank page every time we need new ads, we can use our existing winning creatives and brand guidelines to generate new variations. This has made creative iteration much faster and gives our team more ideas to test without compromising the brand look and feel. I also like the integrations because we can bring data from platforms like Meta and Google into the same workflow, and the ability to connect analytics/CRM data makes the insights more useful when we're looking at actual business outcomes rather than just advertising metrics. The competitor analysis is another feature I use quite often. Being able to see what competitors are running, identify common creative patterns, and then compare those patterns with our own ads is much more useful than manually scrolling through competitor ads. AI Copilot is probably my favourite workflow improvement. I can ask questions about our account in natural language instead of building another report or manually digging through multiple dashboards. It is especially useful when trying to answer questions like why a creative is declining, which hooks are working, or what we should test next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hawky.ai?

There is a lot happening inside the product, so it can take some time to understand where everything fits together. As more capabilities are added around creative generation, competitor intelligence, dashboards, and AI, I think the product could benefit from making the primary workflows even more straightforward for new users. I'd also like to see even deeper integrations across the broader marketing stack so that more of our downstream conversion and customer data can feed directly into the recommendations. What problems is Hawky.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem it solves for us is the gap between understanding performance and actually deciding what to do next. Previously, we could identify that an ad was performing well or that a campaign was declining, but figuring out why and deciding what creative to produce next involved a lot of manual analysis between the performance and creative teams. Hawky helps connect those pieces. We can identify winning creative patterns, understand what competitors are doing, generate new variations, and use those insights to build the next round of creative testing. That has made our creative testing process much faster and reduced the amount of manual research and reporting our team needs to do before launching new campaigns.
