I wish that it was more user friendly from a prospecting standpoint, with pipelines available. Including automation and track of pipelines would eliminate 2 other softwares from our toolbelt and everything would be in one spot.

Also, communication from the client gets saved into the log history, but not our reply back to the client. If all communication could appear in a log if daily, that would be huge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
