What do you like best about Hatch?

As a customer in a different continent/time zone, Hatch offers us the ability to self-sufficiently handle our entire hardware management. From historical data to open orders, the intuitive UI offers us a simple-to-use interface with differing user privileges, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hatch?

It would be nice if the inventory page could be simplified to only show specific items. Whilst it is nice to have an overview of everything historically, an improvement would be the ability to filter these results, or hide things which we're less interested in. Recommendations to others considering Hatch:

If you're considering options for managing your hardware supply chain then don't look anywhere else. Hatch (and MBX as a whole) offer an exceptionally good platform with outstanding customer service to go with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hatch solving and how is that benefiting you?
