What do you like best about Harvey AI?

Contract review is where it's earned its keep — I run agreements through it and get flagged clauses and risk points back fast, with little editing needed afterward. It plugs right into Word and Outlook, so it fits into tools I'm already using daily instead of forcing a separate workflow. The interface is clean too, and setup was smooth from day one. What do you dislike about Harvey AI?

Integrations with Word and Outlook are solid, but that's about where it stops — I'd like to see it connect with our document management system, too. Customization is also somewhat limited; I've wanted to tweak how outputs are structured to match our templates, but there isn't much flexibility there yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Harvey AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before I started using it, first-pass contract review was eating up hours every week — going line by line through vendor agreements, NDAs, renewal contracts, all of it, just to catch the stuff that actually mattered. A lot of that time was spent reading pretty boilerplate language over and over just to make sure nothing weird was buried in there. This application speeds that part up a lot. I can drop in a contract, and it'll flag things like unusual indemnity terms, weird termination clauses, or payment terms that don't match what we normally agree to, and it does it in a fraction of the time it'd take me to read the whole thing manually.
