What do you like best about Harri?

We have had a very positive experience using harri since 2019. The interface is intuitive and easy to use and our Operators LOVE IT! The platform has helped us to streamline our processes and improved overall communication to our employees. The customer support team is amazing and is responsive, knowledgeable and committed to helping us resolve issues quickly. What do you dislike about Harri?

It would be helpful if updates and enhancements to the product were vetted a bit more prior to release to ensure less disruption to the platform overall. This type of disruption can be confusing and frustrating to end users and can leave what should be seen as a tremendous enhancement, leaving end users disheartened. What problems is Harri solving and how is that benefiting you?

The most important benefits of harri are reflected in the way it helps our Operators do their jobs. The system streamlines their tasks to minimize manual effort and maximizes their time doing the things that make our business successful.
