What do you like best about Hardbook?

As an artist, it helps me to have my client sign a contract at the same time they book a date in my calendar and set a payment day for me. They sign the contract with me, and they book the appointment date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hardbook?

The CRM isn’t as advanced as some other tools, although it’s still nice to have a built-in CRM included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hardbook solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used to send four separate emails for every booking: the proposal, the contract, the invoice, and then a follow-up because nobody ever signs the first time you ask. Now it’s just one link. They choose the date, sign, pay the deposit, and it’s done. It’s saved me a ton of back-and-forth, especially during busy season when I’m juggling ten inquiries at once.
