Other than this, This platform is also really useful in keeping records of online meetings. I love this platform as we can add subtitles too using this platform. The scheduling of meetings can also be done faster and effectively using this platform. The AI of this platform is also powerful in analyzing the recording or even transcription of the whole recording efficiently. It can also easily summarize contents of the recording and even question can be ask on the content. I love the capability of this platform to integrate well with Google Drive, Dropbox. Zapier, Youtube etc.. I love the user friendly interface of this platform. The onboarding of this platform was comfortably fast. I feel that the performance of this platform is also reliable. **What do you dislike about HappyScribe?** I love most part of this platform but I wish that the pricing of this platform was more moderate. Other than this, I also wish that there was more integration tools available for this platform. The initial setup was very simple, everything is well explained, which made it easy from the start. **What do you dislike about HappyScribe?** Frequently, when I transcribe interviews or videos where there is more than one speaker, it often doesn't accurately capture who is speaking. For each one, we provide attendees a digital pass after the conference ends, which includes all of the session recordings. Our denomination has sister churches all over the world, and we needed an inexpensive option to create subtitles in other languages for members in other countries. Many other options have rates of $2+ per minute, but HappyScribe gave us a much more affordable option! You pay based on the "bucket" of minutes you purchase...the more you purchase, the less your per-hour rate is! HappyScribe has done a fantastic job in providing us with AI-generated subtitles each time, which our volunteers then review and clean up before we use Happy Scribe again to run through and create subtitles in Spanish, French, etc. The AI software does a fabulous job generating subtitles in these additional languages! In the years since I've started using the software I've also noticed a marked improvement in their speech recognition software. Less editing is needed now than in 2020, and also the tools within the editing dashboard have gotten more refined. Although I don't use this, Happy Scribe does also offer options to have your subtitles edited by humans, if that's what you need. Additionally, the software can recognize not just English speech but also several other languages as well. I've had limited use of the Spanish subtitles in AI, but what I've seen has been positive. Without a doubt, I would recommend this platform! Plan to continue using it for many years to come! **What do you dislike about HappyScribe?** The only hiccup I've had in Happy Scribe has been the speech recognition with regards to Bible verses and occasionally people's names. This is a very specific concern for me as our conferences are all Christian in nature, and therefore usually reference several scriptures in each session. For example, Luke 2:1-4 might be picked up as "Luke two one through four". And of course people's names can be hit or miss, but sometimes that can't be helped, especially if the name is a less common one. **What problems is HappyScribe solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Happy Scribe for video subtitles as an inexpensive option to make our recordings more accessible to more people around the world. ### 10. Sometimes the translation doesn't work as well as I would like. I wish the translation part would work better. **What problems is HappyScribe solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Happy Scribe to transcribe videos for video editing. It allows be to edit videos in my native language quickly, but I can also use it to help edit videos in other languages through translation.
