"Reliable Danish and English transcription that feeds the rest of our workflow"
4/5
What do you like best about HappyScribe?

We run client calls in both Danish and English, and HappyScribe handles both well enough that we can rely on the transcripts afterwards. The custom glossary helps a lot: client names, product names and internal terms come out spelled correctly, so we spend less time fixing transcripts. I also record voice notes while driving and keep them in a separate folder, away from client work. The feature I use most is the connector to our AI assistant. It lets us search across all our meetings and pull out decisions and quotes without opening each transcript. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HappyScribe?

The interface could be clearer. It is not always obvious where to find things, and I sometimes have to search around for a setting or a file. Even with the glossary, the transcriber still sometimes misses names and specialist terms, so client calls need a quick check before we use them. I would also like HappyScribe to suggest who each speaker is in a call. At the moment I match speakers to people by hand, and that takes time on calls with several participants. Response from Simon of HappyScribe

Thanks for this, and glad HappyScribe is reliable across your Danish and English client calls, and that the glossary and the AI assistant connector are doing real work. Searching across meetings to pull decisions and quotes is exactly the kind of leverage we hoped that connector would give you.

Fair points on the dislikes. On the interface, if there are specific settings or files you find yourself hunting for, send me an email and tell me which, that's what helps us make it clearer. On the glossary, it's near-flawless on our human-made services and improving on the automatic AI side as our newer models roll out, so you should see fewer missed names over time, though a quick check on client calls is still the safe habit for now. And good news on speaker suggestion: it's something we're actively working on right now, so matching speakers to people should get a lot less manual before long.

Thanks for the detail, and for the honest feedback.
