What do you like best about HappyScribe?

What I appreciate most about Happy Scribe is how accurate its AI is, along with how easy the interface is to use. The interactive editor is fantastic: it highlights each word as the audio plays, which makes corrections feel fast, smooth, and straightforward. On top of that, support for dozens of languages and multiple export options (SRT, VTT, PDF, TXT) makes it a very versatile tool for all kinds of video or podcast projects. I absolutely love the new meeting recording feature directly linked to Google Meet - it's an absolute game-changer for productivity! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HappyScribe?

There isn't much to criticize. The AI can sometimes get confused if there is a lot of background noise or if the speaker has a particularly strong accent, but this is a common limitation for all software of this kind. The editor is so well-designed that correcting these small errors still takes very little time. It would be nice to have slightly cheaper hourly packages for intensive use. What problems is HappyScribe solving and how is that benefiting you?

Happy Scribe saves me dozens of hours of tedious manual work every month. In the past, I had to transcribe interviews by hand and sync subtitles frame by frame. Now, the whole workflow is automated and only takes a few minutes of review on my end. That frees me up to focus on content creation and helps me make my videos accessible to an international audience in record time.
