I have been using HappyScribe for more than 6 years now and I love the ease of just uploading my audio and having a clean transcript. The dashboard is easy to use, clear and I never had any problems finding my way around. The transcription is almost always on point (I use it in French and I speak fast!). As much as I love the desktop app, I recently discovered the app and I am not loving it. When I record something, I want to be able to edit the content on the go, but it doesn't seem possible. Thanks for this, and for six years with HappyScribe. Clean transcripts from a simple upload, accurate even with fast French, and the quote extractor for your show notes is exactly the workflow we want to keep smooth for you.
On the app, that's fair. It's deliberately focused on capturing recordings well for now rather than matching the desktop, so on-the-go editing isn't there yet, and the web version is still the place for that. But I hear you that editing right after you record would be useful, and I'll pass it to the mobile team.
