What do you like best about HappyScribe?

What I like best about HappyScribe is how seamlessly it handles our Bulgarian-English interviews, its Bulgarian speech detection is spot on. It makes it super easy to download transcripts in various formats and quickly generate meeting summaries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HappyScribe?

If I had to mention one thing, it would be a dedicated technical summary feature. Our interviews often include deep-dive technical discussions, so having an automated overview of a candidate's technical experience would be super helpful. What problems is HappyScribe solving and how is that benefiting you?

HappyScribe solves the problem of trying to take notes while actively conducting interviews. It allows me to be 100% engaged and listen closely to what the candidate is saying without the distraction of typing down notes in real time. Thanks for this, and it's great to hear the Bulgarian speech detection is spot on for your Bulgarian-English interviews, and that the exports and summaries are making your life easier.

On a technical summary, you might get part of the way there today: if you're on Pro or above, custom summary templates let you shape the summary around exactly what you want to pull out, so you could build one focused on a candidate's technical experience. A dedicated feature purpose-built for that is a good idea though, and I'll take it to the product team.
