The dashboard view can be improvised, every time a user creates a dashboard the page refreshes and shows the first page Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HappyFox Complaint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

In our organization we are using Happy Fox for internal ticket resolution and it helps by allowing a concrete view of all tickets specific to customers/internal users and others. The assignee and creator concept is foolproof and allows complete tracking on all parameters expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
