Visibility - HappyAR has brought a lot more visibility around customer payments into our organization. While it's not my job to chase invoices or manage customer payments... understanding if and when customers have paid invoices allows me to better track commission payments, as well as to make sure customers who are timely on payments are prioritized since those are the accounts we want to work with the most! Nothing really, HappyAR solves the issues I use it for and allows me to get the visibility I need to answer my own questions. Maybe if there was a way for it to automatically notify me when payments specifically from my customers come in... it may do this already though and I haven't found it.
