I find Hapn very simple to use, with settings that are very descriptive. The support team is extremely helpful whenever I need them. I really like the trip history feature because it allows me to see exactly where the vehicle has been on a selected date and to assign specific colors and symbols to each vehicle. The initial setup was very straightforward; just scanning the QR code of the device gets everything going seamlessly. We switched from Telus Drive+ to Hapn because it offered more device types for different allocations and was much easier to use and more functional, which is essential for our fleet tracking needs.
