What do you like best about Handshake for Employers?

It makes it very straightforward to target specific majors and set up virtual campus events. Being able to filter candidate profiles and reach out directly to qualified students has helped us fill internship roles much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Handshake for Employers?

Having to wait for individual school approvals can slow down urgent hiring cycles. Additionally, the interface feels a bit clunky when managing large candidate message threads or filtering through high applicant volumes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Handshake for Employers solving and how is that benefiting you?

It addresses the challenge of finding qualified entry-level candidates and interns beyond our immediate geographic area. With its targeted search filters, we can proactively source students by major, graduation year, and skills, instead of relying only on passive applications.
