I like Handshake for Employers because it really simplifies the hiring process for my marketing business. It solves the problem of having to manually search for people and allows me to filter and categorize them. The interface feels seamless and easy to navigate, which is a big plus. When I hire for specific positions like social media, I can easily view candidates' social media links and portfolios directly from their Handshake profiles, which I find extremely helpful.
