What do you like best about HaloITSM?
We’re able to work directly with the Halo developers to adjust how their core code works. They’re also very easy to collaborate with when we need additional global options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about HaloITSM?
They’re still a relatively young company, so we don’t have many customers who have used them long enough to work through all the kinks or fully identify the opportunities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
