As an agency, I love that I can add as many projects as I like, allowing me to use my credits flexibly. I also love the entity mapping, which allows for an additional layer of refinement for AI mentions tracking, especially for DTC brand tracking and/or for clients with multiple brand entities. Super easy to set up and as an every day tool.

More importantly, though, the customer service has been incredible, as has the rollout of new features. AI visibility tracking is a new and rapidly evolving space and the guys at Hall are constantly pushing things forward. They've been super responsive to feature requests too. This all comes at a very reasonable price-point. It's a better tool than anything on offer by the big-name SEO platforms, yet it's considerably cheaper and more scalable/flexible. Genuinely nothing bad to report. The only negatives I could level would be missing features which I know for a fact are on the roadmap for imminent release, and I could just as easily level those same criticisms at the major platforms which cost 6x more. Every AI visibility tracker is finding its groove, but having tried several, I can honestly say Hall is the one which is solving problems better than any other.
