What do you like best about Hakimo AI?

What I like best about Hakimo is the combination of reliable, continuous monitoring and excellent customer service. It gives us better coverage than traditional roaming security because multiple areas can be monitored at the same time, rather than relying on a person who can only be in one place at a time. It has allowed us to reduce our need for onsite security patrols while improving coverage and reducing costs. Just as importantly, the Hakimo team is responsive and easy to work with. What do you dislike about Hakimo AI?

As with any security solution, there have occasionally been situations where we've needed to fine-tune our monitoring or escalation procedures, but their team has always been very responsive and willing to work with us. What problems is Hakimo AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Hakimo, we relied on onsite security patrols to monitor our facilities after hours. Hakimo has allowed us to eliminate that need at our monitored locations, significantly reducing our security costs while actually improving our coverage. A roaming security guard can only be in one place at a time, while Hakimo can continuously monitor activity across multiple cameras and areas simultaneously. When something requires attention, their team can follow our established procedures and escalate appropriately.
