What do you like best about Hailey HR?

A modern and versatile HR system that is exceptionally well suited to the needs of our organization of fewer than 100 employees. It covers all key HR processes, from recruitment and employee surveys to performance and development discussions, as well as workflows that allow us to track and verify, for example, the completion of mandatory training. What do you dislike about Hailey HR?

What problems is Hailey HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hailey was originally implemented to provide us with our own recruitment platform. Previously, it was challenging to keep everyone involved up to date on the different stages of the recruitment process and to maintain visibility of the candidates.
