What do you like best about Hailey HR?

What do you dislike about Hailey HR?

It is difficult to find anything negative to say. The recruitment module is the one area that is not quite there yet. It lacks some of the functionality that a dedicated recruitment system should have, but I am hopeful that this will be further developed going forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hailey HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Without Hailey, we would have significantly more administration and greater difficulties in ensuring GDPR compliance in an effective way. Hailey also provides a very good employee experience, making it easy for employees to find information about their employment, report absences, and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
