"Haiilo Makes Employee Advocacy Easy, Saving Time and Boosting Team Morale"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Haiilo?

Haiilo has made social media a practical growth channel for our internal teams, especially sales. Reps can build brand awareness and expand their reach without spending hours searching for content or writing posts from scratch. The curated feed gives them a strong starting point, and they can add their own perspective before sharing.

It also saves time. Instead of coaching each person through getting active on LinkedIn, we give everyone a consistent set of resources, so the team can focus on conversations rather than logistics. Since the internal materials say employee-shared content reaches about 8x more people than company channels alone, every share extends our visibility into networks we wouldn’t otherwise reach.

I also really like the gamification. The leaderboard creates healthy competition between users, and people enjoy seeing where they stand and cheering on their colleagues. That friendly rivalry keeps sharing consistent and has given team morale a real boost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Haiilo?

Engagement data would be even more useful inside our CRM. Right now, reviewing who engaged with posts means downloading a CSV and sorting through it manually. A direct integration with Salesforce or HubSpot would let reps follow up sooner.

Gamification has real potential to grow. Currently only clicks earn points, at a fixed 10 each. Being able to assign different values to shares, reposts, and comments would help the leaderboard reward the actions that matter most.

Adoption is where we’d love to see more momentum. Getting people to join and stay active often takes extra encouragement, especially for team members who aren’t sure where to start. Prompts or nudges that guide new users to a first step could really help.

Scheduling is one area that could be even better. When a post doesn’t go through, people can feel unsure about trying again, so more consistent scheduling would help build a regular sharing habit.

Onboarding could be a great place for a quick win. Many of our people are newer to social media, and a simpler, guided setup, from account creation through a first post, would make it easier for them to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
