I really appreciate how Gymflow actually works and solves every problem we had with previous software. It's very simple to use, and our members really like the new app for door access and bookings. We don't have to spend a week every month managing memberships and payments anymore, as everything just functions on its own, saving us a lot of time. I especially like the self-service aspect, where members control their memberships themselves, which is a huge timesaver. The initial setup was very easy, and I'd definitely recommend it to others. The only thing we're missing with Gymflow is a referral discount scheme, which I heard is being developed. Additionally, the member app could use more personalization, like including key club information, membership terms, important contact information, and events.
