What do you like best about GWEN?

GWEN is great with effective way of marketing tool. I used it once only for my one event based project which was held at Bangalore, where I don't have any other platforms access except GWEN. No doubt it is easy to use but for first time setup we need customer support which takes approximately 10 minutes. It has many amazing features which help to create campaigns and boost the engagement of audiences through its royalty program. Its Royalty program totally reads and controls the behavior of users and sends them notifications according to their interests, then the reach over the landing page increases in bulk. What do you dislike about GWEN?

Customer care takes more time to connect for solving issues related to handling tools and also sharing bad experiences if there is. It also can't be afforded by startups because it is a little more expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GWEN solving and how is that benefiting you?

When I started using GWEN, I realized the reality of Royalty programs and how it works on the user's thinking to enroll in it. The tool has very fine analysis features which study the science of user behavior and then sends rewards-based notifications which they can't avoid. It works on insights of campaigns which makes more reach on the landing page which directly impacts on enhancing the revenue which we can track on both the leaderboards.
