I really like Guusto because it makes recognizing and rewarding people simple and meaningful. The platform is easy to use and helps teams feel appreciated for their hard work. I also like how quickly rewards can be sent, which makes recognition feel more personal and immediate. Guusto offers a variety of gift options, so there is something for everyone to enjoy. I wish there were more customization features to make rewards and recognition feel even more unique. Occasionally, notifications or emails can become overwhelming when there are many updates at once. Overall, while the platform works well, there are a few areas that could be improved to make the experience even better.

From time to time, notifications or even account access can be a bit inconsistent as well, and that can take away from the overall user experience.

**What do you like best about Guusto?**

Guusto is user friendly and easy to use.  It's a great way to choose the reward that's best for you rather than being stuck with something you won't ever use.  I use this to redeem gifts from my employer and find it very easy to use with a good variety of reward selections.  It makes selecting my redemption quick and easy so I don't waste time trying to figure out what I can get or having to maneuver through a bunch of screens just to claim my redemption.  The few redemptions that require fees (such as a physical MC card) state these fees clearly up front.

**What do you dislike about Guusto?**

So far, I have found nothing that I dislike about using Guusto.

**What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guusto has made receiving and claiming monetary gifts a clear and easy process.

What I love most about Guusto is how incredibly easy it is to send instant recognition and rewards to team members. The platform is highly intuitive, and the fact that recipients get to choose from a massive selection of gift cards—and that the funds never expire—makes it a massive hit with everyone on our team.

**What do you dislike about Guusto?**

The overall selection is great, but it can be a little frustrating when certain specific or smaller local merchants aren’t available for gift card redemption. It would also be helpful if international team members had access to even more localized vendor options to choose from, so the choices feel just as relevant in different regions.

**What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guusto helps us solve the challenge of keeping a distributed team feeling connected and appreciated. Before using it, sending quick, meaningful rewards across different departments or regions was a logistical headache. The benefit to us has been a noticeable boost in team morale and employee engagement, as managers can now instantly recognize hard work in real-time without any administrative delays.

**What do you like best about Guusto?**

The ease and ability to recognize fellow team members who take safety as a priority by all recognitions being shared on the app/platform. Also, the ability to reward employees in multiple offerings and the ability for the employee to have the choice on which gift card they want.

**What do you dislike about Guusto?**

Not every team member uses their work email and I would like for the ability to add personal emails for accounts.

**What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability for more team partners to see activity amongst fellow employees.  This  promotes more activity within the team when others see shout outs and recognition to fellow co-workers.  This supports onboarding for new team partners and demonstrates the safety awareness as a priority for me as the manager of the location.

**What do you like best about Guusto?**

The team has been great to work with and has provided wonderful customer service. The process to onboard and integrate with workday, while time consuming, has been very smooth! I really like the ease of use of the portal and all of the administrative features like providing quarterly budgets to other workspaces, not allowing folks to send to themselves, only allowing sending to wayfair email addresses, and the visual and useful reporting tools.

**What do you dislike about Guusto?**

There are only two downsides so far: 

1) The process to fund accounts is not as smooth as with all of our other vendors. I don't like the extra step of having to send an email to request an invoice. All of our other vendors attach the invoice on the backend within coupa without requiring this additional step of our team. This is something our team is not used to having to do and I am afraid it is going to continue to cause issues (already has). 

2) Our previous digital gift card vendor automatically converted currencies prior to sending GCs - e.g. if I am sending a GC to someone in the UK, I select to send a $100 GC in pounds and it tells that I am being charged $75 USD for it and the employee will automatically receive it in their local currency. This really seems like a baseline expectation to offer.

**What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that Guusto has solved for us is how easy it makes gifting to our employees - we are thrilled to finally have a gift card solution that notifies employees via text and also has a printable QR code redemption option. This has gone a long way to make providing employee rewards accessible to our deskless employee base.
