What do you like best about Guusto?

I’m new to a company that uses Gusto, and I’ve found it to be an amazing tool for encouraging and appreciating employees. It’s very easy to use, and with just a few clicks you can accept and select your rewards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guusto?

So far, I haven’t found much to dislike. If anything, the login could be a bit faster, but overall I’m not unhappy with the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

At my previous company, we had to leave an appreciation gift in each employee’s box and just hope they received it. It was hard to make everyone happy, since not everyone likes the same things. With Guusto, it’s much easier to send a token of appreciation to all employees or to one person, and they can choose where they want to spend the gift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
