What do you like best about Guusto?

What do you dislike about Guusto?

One thing I dislike is that some reward options can be limited depending on location, and the app can occasionally feel slow. The login and redemption process could also be a little more streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Guusto solves the problem of employee recognition being inconsistent or overlooked. It makes it easy to recognize people quickly when they do something well, instead of waiting for formal reviews or special occasions.
