I greatly appreciate the integrated payday advances with modest fees. It's also a lot easier to get copies of my paystmobile app as it is from the ubs than when the company I work for was using quickbooks. Though they do no longer mail them by default anymore.
The UI is pretty good. I find that it doesn't get in my way, and is just as usable from the mobile site as it is from the desktop site, or the app.
It performs well (see above comment about it not getting in my way) that's a solid litmus test for a service for me.
I cannot speak to the pricing, as I am not involved with that in my company.
I cannot speak to integrations, as I have not used any of them, beyond having linked the account to Google in order to conduct this survey.
I have not yet utilized the service's support, so I cannot speak to that, either.
I deliberately avoid anything utilizing AI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only issue thus far is that it seems to push AI where there is no need to do so. That's a negative for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
