I like that Gusto helps us stay on track with state rules and regulations for training and makes calculations easy. It's user-friendly, even for those not great with tech or navigating laws. Gusto really takes that headache away for our company. I think all of Gusto's features are valuable because they let us do a lot of necessary business tasks on one website, simplifying our operations. The initial setup was very easy. I don't think so. I think that the only thing that I don't like that changed was just when you're looking at the breakdown of inputting the payroll, It's just hard to visually see everything. So maybe breaking up with different colors in each column so that there it's easier to visually see when you're, you know, going from one line to the next maybe having, like, a light gray or something so that you can decipher the columns better, and it will just visually look better. I like the older visuals on how they had the payroll set up, and then they switched to a different viewpoint. I do like the way that the other one looked. This one feels more like an Excel spreadsheet, and it's just not as visually appealing and easy to look at.
